Forgot Password?

If you have forgotten your password please contact us by sending an email to support@intellibarter.com and be sure to include your user ID, first and last name, and email address. We will respond to your request as soon as possible.

Trouble Logging In

If you are having trouble logging in even after a few tries, please check our System Status page to see if we are having technical difficulties. If no problems are reported, try making sure you are not typing the letter "O" instead of a zero, or a similar keyboard error. Our passwords and user IDs are not case sensitive.

If you are still having problems, send us email at support@intellibarter.com. Include your user ID, first and last name, email address, and mailing address and we will contact you through email as quickly as we can.

Modify User Profile

Changing the information in your personal profile is easy. After you have logged in, navigate to the Modify User Profile page. Here you may make any changes you wish to your account information. Just edit the form and click the modify button to submit your changes.
